The Tempest Omnicell can be unlocked on the Slayer's Paths and is crafted with 2 Deepscale shards from a Thunderdeep Drask, which can be found on the Cape Fury hunting ground.
The Tempest Omnicell grants +10% attack speed and allows slayers to gain Velocity while dodging through behemoth attacks (each stack of Velocity lasts 45 seconds and increases movement speed by 3%).
The Tempest Omnicell has two main abilities:
Consumes a stack of Velocity to dash forwards, dealing 450 shock damage to a nearby target (stacks are refreshed on use).
For every 1% increase in movement speed, deal +5% damage to unbroken part.
