Meet Kien-An Duong, M.D.
Kien-An Duong, MD, studied medicine at New York Medical College. He then completed his residency in internal medicine at Staten Island University Hospital in Staten Island, New York. Dr. Kien-An Duong chose a career in medicine as a way to "give back" to the community who helped him and his family when they first immigrated to this country.
Dr. Duong looks forward to establishing long-term relationships with his patients and getting to know the patient's families as well. He believes along with treating and healing, educating and learning from his patients are very important; "To teach is to learn." Outside of medicine, Dr. Duong enjoys watching and participating in sports, going to the movies, dining, and attending family gatherings. She then completed her residency in family medicine at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center.
