Also forgot to mention, after you apply everything you want in after effects, then you open Premiere back up, you'll have one big clip with all the transitions applied to it, so you can continue to edit within premiere! Pretty sweet I know.
Overall, just a quick video tutorial explaining how I personally use the Handy Seamless Transitions between Premiere & After effects. Since I did go through everything kind of quickly (even though the video is 10 minutes long lol) so leave and questions you have below!
