The Colloquium on the Problem of Political Alternation in Africa, held its 2nd edition in Lomé, Togolese Republic, on April 28 and 29, 2017, in the conference room of Ericanah Guest House, at the initiative of the CAP 2015 coalition, bringing together the Togolese opposition political parties, the National Alliance for Change (ANC), the African People's Democratic Convention (CDPA), the African Socialist Democrats (DSA), the Socialist Pact for Renewal (PSR) and the Union for Democracy and Solidarity-Togo (UDS-TOGO).
