In this video I show you another print speed test. I printed a 40X40 mm cube test. The initial printing parameters were:
Perimeters 50 mm/s
Ext. perimeters 40 mm/s
Infill 40 mm/s
Travel speed 100 mm/s.
I increased the feed rate up to 200% but the ribbing started, so I went down to 180% with these parameters:
Perimeters 90 mm/s
Ext. perimeters 72 mm/s
Infill 72 mm/s
Travel speed 180 mm/s.
I would say that we are beyond the limits. The perimeter layers have not welded together and the infill is too fragile.
I think that by increasing the temperature and the extrusion flow some results could be obtained.
