Sick Kitten Sasha Gets the Care He Needs at PAWS
In the midst of our AC crisis, a PAWS foster kitten named Sasha was brought to us with a dangerously high fever, and a very guarded prognosis. Over a long four days, while temporary cooling units made our space safe, three veterinarians and several techs formed a relay team to give Sasha the intensive care he'd need to pull through. Each day, his fever came down ever so slightly and he showed encouraging signs of recovery. Affectionate through it all, Sasha is now healthy and back in his foster home, with all the energy and playfulness you'd expect from a kitten!
