Users are reporting they are unable to re-download the Dexcom G7 app, and other diabetes apps, outside their country. This is due to geofencing built into the smartphone app blocking users from downloading their home-country G7 app while abroad. If you plan to travel outside your country, here's what you should know and how to prepare if you use Dexcom G7.
