This tutorial will demonstrate how to use a Power Automate Instant Flow to easily get names and emails for the members of a Microsoft Team. The Team owners do not have a report to see the names and emails for everyone. But with 4 easy steps you can get the necessary data. Although I choose to demonstrate this as an Instant flow you can use a recurring trigger to send the names and email addresses automatically based on a schedule. Your business practice will determine what is best for you 😊
After making this video, I realized that the default limit is 100 names. For the list members step, click the 3 dots for the action, click settings, toggle pagination on, and put up to 5k in the field to pull more names.
