NEW! Forms in Lists to Streamline Data Gathering
Microsoft Lists has a new feature called Forms. How is this different than the Integrate feature that was already available? The Forms in Lists feature is a simplified way to gather data from users without giving them access to your whole list. To streamline the data-gathering process, you create a Form directly in lists using the columns you already made. Even better, you don't have to use Power Automate to transfer the data from a Microsoft Form to the Microsoft List.
It is essential to know that because this is a simplified way to streamline data gathering, you are not getting all the features found in Microsoft Forms. You should be aware that permission is automatically set to allow anyone with a link to submit a response. I don't think it is a huge deal in most cases.
