High part tab cutting tip: Tilt your T-slot if possible
T-slot or circular saw is a good choice for cutting tabs on bottom of your part. It's fast, less vibration and help us avoid some issues caused by cutting force.
Sometimes you may have a problem with high parts that can not be reached with a normal T-slot. Before deciding to change to another longer/bigger tool, you can try this technique, tilt your T-slot a little bit.
I'm not sure if I can call this a machining tip or not, but I'm pretty sure some of you don't even think about it, so I made this video.
This technique, of course can't be applied on a 3-axis machine.
