This is a guide to Berserkers Killer Move or Beserker's Technique what the same on the western servers will be. Alot of people prefer Madness, but I think BKM is just as much fun as it used to be, so there's not a big problem running that engraving if you want to.
In Tier 1 and early Tier 2 BKM will definitely feel "odd" and Madness performs better there, however, the burst potential is stronger with BKM.
Ultimately both playstyles work, but it's up to you, which one you want to use.
