MayTree 메이트리 Live December 28, 2007
This is the only video I've found of MayTree from 2007. It was recorded live at the Motongi Cafe. (I'm not 100% sure of that name in English, since the place closed in 2015 and details are scarce; "모통이" translates to "cornerstone", so maybe an alternate reading would be "Cornerstone Cafe"?).
These are the earliest renditions of "Sunset Glow" and "Turn the Beat Around" that I've found. I'd always assumed that MayTree added "Sunset Glow" to their repertoire due to Big Bang's cover version being a huge hit in 2008, but this video proves me wrong. MayTree's version must be based off of the 1988 original by Moon Sae Lee, since it precedes Big Bang's version by about a year.
