🔹 cabbage - 3 kg.
🔸carrot - 200 g.
🔹salt-3 tbsp. spoons (with a small slide)
🔸 honey-3 tbsp. spoons
🔹water-900 ml.

Chop the cabbage and mix it with carrots and marinade. Fill the jars tightly so that there is juice on top. If there is any marinade left, I pour it out.
Leave to ferment for 3 days at room temperature, then pierce the cabbage to release the bitterness. We usually do this 2-3 times. Next, we put the rest in one jar, because after fermentation, it settles in the jars, and in order to be stored well, it must be packed tightly in the jars.

Such cabbage is fresh, crunchy and healthy. And I think you know about the benefits of sauerkraut, so cook it while it's in season!
