Coping with the Grief and Loss of my Cat
Grieving the loss of my cat has been much heavier than I anticipated. I knew it would be hard, but the heaviness of the pain has been so intense that I decided to make this video and share my story for anyone who is currently experiencing the loss of a pet. I felt that by sharing where I'm at in the journey and how I'm feeling you may not feel so alone. It has helped to watch YouTube videos to see what others have gone through, so I wanted to give back and create one as well. Hopefully this video helps.
