Using the Harbor Freight mini tire changer for Go Kart Tires
I got this for the last Go Kart(It's been a little while) and It paid for itself on the first day. It has a learning curve but the first thing you learn is to put lots of lubrication on the tires when using it. With a tough tire I will go as far as using oil.
