Garlic Naan Bread & Indian Butter Chicken (No Bake)
Today I will share the Butter Chicken and Garlic Naan. They are match in haven! Dipping homemade naan in butter chicken sauce, it's soooo delicious.

[Indian Butter Chicken]
Chicken Marinade
800 g skinless chicken thighs or breast cut into bite-sized pieces
½ cup original yogurt
1 ½ tbsp grated garlic
1 tbsp grated ginger
2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt / salt
Sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp ghee or tbsp cream + tbsp oil
1 large onion, sliced
1 ½ tbsp garlic, minced
1 tbsp ginger, minced
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 ½ tsp garam masala
400 g canned crushed tomatoes
1/2 tsp red chili powder, adjust for personal taste
1 1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1 cup whipped cream, replaced with evaporated milk if you want to have a lower fat version
[Garlic Naan]
Naan Bread
275 g all purpose flour
3.5 g instant yeast
6 g granulated sugar
6 g salt
30 g plain yogurt
17 g vegetable oil
140 g warm whole milk
40 g warm water
1 clove garlic grated (or omit for original naan)
Garlic Cilantro Butter
1.5 tbsp unsalted butter
1.5 tbsp minced garlic
1.5 tbsp chopped cilantro
1/4 tsp salt
