The new flexible machines for packaging tablets in bottles were presented by Patrick Boerdijk at interpack 2023.
The new portfolio includes:
↗️ a Bottle Unscrambler
↗️ a Bottle Retorquer
↗️ a Bottle Filler for desiccant and cotton wool
These stand-alone machines can be combined with the Cremer counting modules or complement the Integrated Bottle Centers from Uhlmann to form a perfect line. In addition he addresses the question of how the individual machines can be easily controlled and monitored in the line network. Of course, the software platform Pexcite plays a key role in this context.
