The Securities and Exchange Board of India recently reduced the minimum investment amount for privately placed corporate bonds from ₹1 lakh to just ₹10,000.
Last week, the regulator also announced the introduction of liquidity window facility for investors in debt securities, allowing them to redeem their securities before the maturity date.
