Replaced the Flashstep/Sonido/Bringer and Hierro/Arrows UI with a rectangle on top of the HP bar
Added a Top Bar UI that now holds Cash, Strips and the Server List
Fixed the Hierro counter not being updated properly
Fixed the meter bar not being filled properly when it isnt 100%
Skill Cooldown UI now has a timer
Josefin Sans is now Reaper 2's main font. Updated a lot of frames to use it
