in the stillness (Volume I) - Hillside Recording & Diana Trout
We are really excited to present our first volume of 'in the stillness' - a small worshipful / ambient EP. These songs are more stripped / ambient, and we wanted to create something that could be a vessel to help usher you closer to Jesus in your time of prayer, devotions, or reading His Word. Each EP will have three songs that are thematically connected; an original, a hymn, and a worship cover. The three songs we chose for this one were thematically based off of our song 'hidden'.
We felt like these songs went after the theme of worshipping a God who continues to pursue us, even when we feel distant or far from Him. We hope and pray this project (and all of the future volumes) will be a blessing and resource for you to draw closer to Jesus 🕊️
