Transformers artists and writers Bob Budiansky (Marvel Comics Transformers) and Nick Roche (IDW Publishing Transformers) discuss art layout for a comic book, as well as how to effectively communicate your ideas to an artist when creating a comic book.
Marvel Comics writer and editor Bob Budiansky is responsible for creating and writing much of the original Transformers universe during the Marvel Comics run, prior to Simon Furman taking over the book. Bob Budiansky also created Marvel Comics' Sleepwalker, and had a significant impact co-plotting and penciling Ghost Rider.
Nick Roche has written and drawn many Transformers comic books at IDW including Transformers: Sins of the Wreckers, and writer on Transformers: Last Bot Standing. He is also responsible for the art in Doctor Who comics Agent Provocateur #1 and cover artist for The Forgotten. Nick has also worked on Spider-Man: Renew Your Vows, Spider-Man/Deadpool, and is co-creator of Scarenthood with Chris O'Halloran.
