BONKING King Tigers from EXISTENCE - M109A1 in War Thunder
The M109A1 Paladin in War Thunder is an SPG / Artillery for the US tech tree. This absolute bonk goblin is at BR 6.3 like most Arty Tanks are with a 155mm cannon.
What makes this good is US was really lacking in a lower tier vehicle that's good for dealing with Heavy and Super Heavy enemy Tanks. The 155mm HE shell has a maximum penetration of 61mm giving you the opportunity to delete pretty much anything in the game.
This is probably one of the best additions for the US Tech Tree in a long while. The last time USA got a tank that can bonk was the T30. Unfortunately, the T30 was an event tank that isn't accessible any more.
This is a great vehicle for the 6.3 lineup and even for higher battle ratings. Easy to aim even at longer ranges and doesn't require a precise hit, it works really well for full uptiers.
