In Figma, you can easily create mockups by using plugins. Not only various devices, but also mockups of clothing and signage can be easily created.
Let's get started.
Mockup
Search for the "Mockup" plugin.
Once the panel is open, enter the desired device in the search box.
By checking "Free only," you can narrow down to only the ones available for free.
After selecting a device, click the plus sign in the center of the device screen.
Leave it at 1500 for now, but select the necessary image size, and when the frame size is displayed, click to create a frame.
Place the necessary design on the frame, then with the frame selected, click the plus sign in the center of the screen.
Press "Crop" and select "Paste" to create the image.
Vectary 3D
Search for the "Vectary 3D" plugin.
Once the panel is open, select "Mockup" from Elements.
Prepare a frame in the necessary size for the selected device. Here, it was created at 2496px by 1664px for a laptop.
Select the frame, and when you select "Apply Frame," the frame will be reflected in the mockup.
You can toggle the presence of shadows, freely change the orientation of the device, and modify environment settings, material settings, and scene settings. When you press "Finish," the image will be output.
Mockups of devices can also be useful for showcasing your work.
