In Figma, selecting an element while holding down "option" displays the distance between the elements.
Still, it is easier to share rules among designers by daring to mention places or components that require special attention.
So, the "Redlines" plugin allows you to add sizes between elements with a single click.
Let's use it right away.
Redlines.
Find and run "Redlines" from Resources.
Select an element and click the "Measuring Lines" button to add sizes and lines at the positions indicated in the icon (you can also select multiple elements and add them all at once).
Size display.
You can also set the size and lines to be drawn under the icon.
Color: The color of the text and lines.
Space Between Items: Width between elements.
Dimensions: Display of dimensions.
Font Size: Font size.
Measurement Units: Add units to the size.
Unit Value: Set the unit to be added.
Outlines: In the "Outlines" tab, you can add rectangles in light red color (color can be customized).

Color: The color of the lines and fill.
Opacity: The transparency of the fill.
You can also set the background of the fill, and enclose the text display area with a dotted line.
Parallel Lines.
The Parallel Lines tab allows you to add solid or dotted lines above, below, left or right of the selected element.
Single Lines.
The Single Lines tab allows you to add a single solid or dotted line.
If you are working on a shape, lines will be added to the "top" and "left" of the shape.
