Budgam Police observed International Day against Drug Abuse
Budgam Police observed the International Day against “Drug abuse and illicit Trafficking” at various police establishments by means of organizing awareness rallies/debates & seminars all across the district Budgam. Banners & Placards on drug abuse were displayed at prominent public places to aware the youth as well as society to stay away from drugs & about the ill effects of the drug abuse .
Magam, a rally (following proper Covid Protocol) was organized from Police Station Magam to Govt. Higher Secondary School Magam and then to Argrikalan. Shri Mohammad Saleem-JKPS SDPO Magam, Insp Athar Samad SHO Police Station Magam and other officers were present during the rally. Members of civil society, students, youth and respectables of the area also participated in the rally.
In Beerwah, a rally (following proper Covid Protocol) was organized from Tehsil office Beerwah to Municipal office Beerwah. Insp. Firdous Ahmad SHO Police Station Beerwah and other officers were present during the rally. Members of civil society, students, youth and respectables of the area also participated in the rally.
