Defining loads in the graphical interface SOFiPLUS is a simple task. However, if there is a need to create not only a few loads but several according to a particular pattern, it gets a bit time-consuming. Not to mention maintaining them afterwards.
Therefore, it is great that SOFiSTiK offers the text input to simplify such a task with a few input lines.
This video will teach you how to utilise the text input to create loads rotating around a structural point.
To keep the definition flexible, 4 input parameters will be defined:
• Load case offset
• Number of load cases
• Load value
• Reference point
