Joseph Haydn: German Dance C-Major Hob. IX: 10
Hello folks! Today I'm playing a small but fine waltz by Joseph Haydn. It is part of Richard Krentzlin's ”Der junge Pianist” series and is included in Volume 2. The Dutch musicologist Anthony van Hoboken has compiled a catalogue raisonné of Haydn's complete compositions. The dances are summarized in Roman 9, i.e. IX and this waltz is number 10.
