Installing an eGPU/external graphics card to a Dell Optiplex 3040 Micro

I uploaded this video so that people who also have an Optiplex 3040 Micro will have an additional reference/guide on how to add a dedicated graphics card to their machines. I am so sorry if I sound like I just ran a marathon, I am not used to making tutorial videos.
