STARR-OMOP is conveniently hosted on Google BigQuery, which provides researchers with easy access to a huge amount of data. However, it can be challenging for clinical researchers to know where to start when it comes to leveraging this database for their specific research questions. This workshop will provide high-level recommendations for working with large databases like STARR-OMOP as well as specific examples of SQL queries to effectively and efficiently access.
This workshop was led by Natasha Flowers.
