What is Channeling and how do I do it? What state do I get into?
Well, I don't know all the answers, but in this video, I answer from my own personal journey and experience with channeling.
I have been channeling since I was a child, but only in the last 5 years have I really come to understand how and what I was doing - now I can explain it.
I'm 100% grounded in my body and allowing myself to be fully me - which allows me to discern the vibes that are mine from the ones coming in.
If you are seeking understanding or a "how to" video - this may shed a little light I hope. Each of us is different and I can speak well of my own experience.
