WOWS What About Your Base?
So here's an example of reading your map and what to do when you realize your base is under threat. Also yes I did sail through the channel side of the map, but I'm in a Nikolai and it has good forward angle firepower so it is okay. As for the base the primary objective is to reset the cap points on any enemies in the cap, second is to point your strongest armor at the biggest threat aka bow tank AP, and third is to kill the lowest health enemy in the cap to reduce the amount of guns firing at you. Besides that is to realize you have a throttle and you don't necessarily have to have it at full the entire time, sometimes it is a good idea to take it slow.
