How To Manage Quote Workflows & Collaboration in Cetec ERP
Navigate to an open quote by the global search bar, or by Sales, Quotes, Quote List
When you're ready to send a quote to a customer, you can leverage the quote workflow tool in the top right corner of the page.
You can customize your workflow by navigating to Admin, Maintenance, Data Maintenance, WorkflowStage
Users can leverage the BOM Quote Worksheet tool if components need to be edited on the BOM, or if markups need to be added.
When the quote has gone through whatever steps you deem appropriate, you can then send the quote to the customer.
To do so, on the lefthand menu, click "Send+", then click "PDF/Email"
Here you can review the quote and download the PDF or you can email the Quote PDF through the system.
