500 gm, Biryani basmati rice / 2 glass rice ( 3 glass water )
300 gm, refine oil
250 gm, onion
500 gm, mutton keema
1 tesp, ginger paste
1,teaspoon garlic paste
1 tesp, mixed black pepper and cumin powder
Salt to test
1 tesp,Red chilli powder
1 tesp, Kashmiri red chilli powder
500 gm, potato
3 glasses normal water
100gm, fresh curd
Add rice 500 gm, (Biryani basmati rice)
1 tesp, biryani masala powder
100gm, tomato
3, light green chilli
1/2 cup chopped coriander leaf
