Psywave is GLITCHED
Psywave was introduced in generation 1 of Pokemon [Red and Blue]. Unlike all the more reliable psychic type moves in the game, Psywave deals random damage. But the way the random numbers are generated causes a glitch that desynchronizes the two players' games in link battles.
