The Hurricane at the 2013 Green County Fair in Monroe, WI. This Hurricane Ride is Owned by Wenzel Amazements of Allenton, WI. Wenzel Amazements is not First owner of this Hurricane Ride. Canada Base Conklin Shows. Wenzel Amazements bought it in the Mid 2000's. Hurricane is transported on One Trailer. Hurricane was first manufactured by the Allan Herschell Company. The modern versions of the Hurricane were produced by a series of related companies, including Hrubetz, Man-Co, Killinski, Dartron Industries and now Battech. The Ride is no Longer being Manufactured, Battech now manufactured a updated Version Called the downdraft. The Hurricane uses both centrifugal force and a pneumatic cylinder piston to move the six arms up and down. Wenzel Amazements only Supplied the Midway for the Green County Fair, for Two Years. The Loud Sound and Smoke you see in this ride was the Tractor Pulls Going on at Grandstand.
