Golden Battery: Defeat Mega Satan as Tainted Forgotten
: Deals a full heart of damage when picked up. Another golden battery will spawn in a random room, but it is not shown on the map until discovered.
Decap Attack: Defeat Delirium as Tainted Forgotten
: Throws Isaac's head while allowing to shoot from the spot it lands, blocking enemy shots as well as dealing contact damage to nearby enemies. Meanwhile, Isaac's body can no longer shoot tears.
