Mission 10: Highrise
First, you must find the "Ascender" tool, this allows you to use the ropes as shortcuts. The Ascender is found on the 11th floor (Gaz will say "Moving to the 11th Floor" when reaching this floor). At the end of the floor by the stairwell is a box that contains the Ascender.
After you got the Ascender, restart the mission from the pause menu. You will now start the mission with this tool equipped and can use the ropes as shortcuts.
From the start of the mission you must reach the roof where you meet Price within 45 seconds. Use the rope in the first elevator shaft, in the next corridor defeat the two enemies, at the end of the same corridor go up the rope. Then turn left to climb out of window and use the zipline, then a second zipline. The trophy pops after that (in same cases you may also need to climb the next ladder to pop it). Have the pistol equipped to run faster.
