Hello! Today we have prepared an incredibly tasty festive dish of Georgian cuisine - chicken satsivi according to an old authentic recipe. It turned out to be the most tender meat with a nut sauce with a bright unique taste.
For the recipe, we used:
Medium chicken - 1 pc.
Medium onions - 2 pcs.
Walnuts - 200 gr.
Garlic - 3 cloves
Red adjika - 1 tsp
Hops-suneli - 1/2 tsp
Chopped cilantro - 1 tbsp
Vegetable oil for greasing chicken
