Black Myth: Wukong Theme Song | Synthwave Cover
My take on the new Black Myth: Wukong game main title / theme, as if he went on an adventure in the future (orig. Journey to the West theme)! I alternated cinematic drum hits and a standard beat for a "trailer" vibe, and made the melodies with atmospheric synths plus sampled asian instruments (Koto, Pipa). Also, my camera broke halfway through the recording and had to take some shots with my mobile unfortunately. Hope you enjoy anyway!
