The magnificent Southern Women's Museum is located at 202 Vo Thi Sau, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City. The museum has an exhibition area of 2,000 m2, including 10 exhibition rooms on the construction of the communication system and national defense of Southern women. The museum building currently has 4 floors. The school can accommodate nearly 1,000 people and is built on an area of 5,410.5 m2. The storage system has an area of over 700 m2. The total number of artifacts managed at the museum is 31,360, of which 929 are on display and 30,431 are stored in the warehouse. Of these, there are 16,739 blocks of artifacts and 14,621 artifacts including films, images and secondary scientific documents. Revolutionary War artifacts account for more than two-thirds of the total, but cultural artifacts with a variety of materials account for more than one-third.
Existing artifacts are classified into 24 collections based on theme and material. Of these, six collections contain unique treasures. In addition, the museum library has more than 11,000 books on women.
