This is a great DVC rented Villa. The 5th Sleeper is functional for our 5 person family and it was fun to be right on the Boardwalk. We did get to see fireworks from Epcot and we could HEAR them as well.
It was a long walk down the hallway to our room and there are limited beverage refill stations at this resort.
