Following the so-called Unitary Executive theory which first emerged under Ronald Reagan, Project 2025 plans to exploit Article 2 of the United States Constitution and grant complete executive power to the president, in this case Donald Trump. Their plan is to limit many democratic checks and balances on the president, and enact far-right policies targeting racial and gender minorities.
