Elsafy Plugin Installation Tutorial (Frozen in Minecraft)

This tutorial assumes you have some knowledge setting up a Bukkit/Spigot server. Due to the variance in OS (Windows/Mac) as in individual setups, it is hard to do a universal server setup tutorial. If you need additional assistance setting up a server, see this link: http://wiki.bukkit.org/Setting_up_a_s... (remember to replace the craftbukkit.jar with spigot.jar found below)

NOTE: This plugin requires Spigot for its advanced particle effects. If you are not running a Spigot server, particle effects will not look nearly as good as they should.
