Why sickness needs to be fixed in Unturned 4.0
While everybody (including me) is talking about the new cars, basebuilding or other core features of Unturned 2, i feel like sicknessand diseases are one of the many topics which nobody has tough about already. But there is more to it than you think. In fact, it could be one of a few important features to make Unturned 4.0's endgame a lot more interesting.
