My easy Aeropress recipe (that I'm currently using).
We are finally back for another video! In this video Alex chats you through his current go to Aeropress recipe that he is absolutely loving, it’s super simple and delicious every time. Join us for a great tutorial on making simple delicious Aeropress coffee.
Recipe:
Step 1. Grind 18g of Coarse ground coffee
Step 2. Pour a 50g Bloom for 30 seconds
Step 3. Give your aeropress a swirl to ensure all the coffee grounds have been soaked.
Step 4. Pour the water up to 300g
Step 5. Grab your spoon, stir back and forth 10 times
Step 6. Steep the coffee until 2:30 minutes
Step 7. Plunge aeropress, this should take about 30 seconds.
Step 8. Remove your aeropress from the server, swirl and enjoy.
