Ingredients:
330g all-purpose flour
120g sugar
10g baking powder
270g mango puree
200g water
75g vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Mix all the dry ingredients.
2. Add the mango puree, water, oil, and mix.
3. Pour the batter into a pan, sprinkle some almond flakes, and bake at 180C for 45 minutes.
