Rich Chocolate Cake!
Ingredients:
4 eggs
140g of sugar
140g of all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
60g of cocoa powder
130g of milk
80g of vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Mix the egg yolks, oil, milk, and cocoa powder with a blender.
2. Mix the egg whites with a pinch of salt and sugar.
3. Add the chocolate mixture to the egg whites, flour, baking powder, and mix with a spatula.
4. Add the batter to a pan and bake at 170C for 40-45 minutes.
5. Cut the cake into 3 or 4 layers.
