It's time to learn your Dutch history. Two things to remember here: 1. Windmills, and 2. Cheese.(but don't mix the two) We took a train to Leiden where we toured one of the only still-standing windmills in Holland: De Valk. It was amazing. After our windmill tour we took another train to Gouda where we stepped back into time and experienced one of the most European days in our entire life.
