One more important thing!
-Go to nurse portal
-Manage profile (upper left screen)
-Demographics
-Click= I am declaring AZ as my primary state
-Put in your AZ address
-Save and wait for their response :)))
If AZ is not your FIRST STATE LICENSE or You only endorsed your license to AZ from another state, you will only get a SINGLE STATE AZ USRN LICENSE.
By what I will teach you, you will be able to convert it to a MULTI STATE USRN LICENSE :)
