Bread Machine French Bread - 2 lb Bread Recipe
A simple French Bread recipe for a 2 lb loaf of bread uses 1 1/3 cups of warm water, 1 1/2 tbsps olive oil, 1 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tbsps sugar, 4 cups of bread flour, and 2 tsp bread machine or rapid rise yeast. Add the ingredients in this order, especially if you will be using a timer.
